¡¡¡¡Be made of eutectic aluminum silicon alloy
materials, do hard anodizing at the top, and tinning or
phosphate treatment on the surface, which improve intensity,
heat conductivity, wear resistance and thermal stability
of piston rings in different degree.
¡¡¡¡Be made of Bainite gray cast iron, adopt
technology treatment of flat- topped cross mark on the
inner wall so as to reduce abrasion of steel jacket and
piston ring and save engine oil. It can meet the European
II discharge standard in engines.
¡¡¡¡Adopt imported bearing and spring from
Germany, compact design, small volume and light weight.
At present, Bolong offers supported products to Cummins
series, and its products are trusted by users for high
quality.
¡¡¡¡The product adopts Austenitic Steel melting
treatment, cone built-up welding treatment, rod soft-nitriding
treatment, and tip end welding, which have improved the
product¡¯ s impact elasticity and thermal stability, strengthened
strength and service life of materials. The product¡¯s
performance in high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant,
abrasion proof and antifatigue is 3~4 times higher than
hard chrome plating.
